• a fiduciary to any visitor, subscriber, or reader.

We provide educational content and, through private, relationship-based communications, may from time to time introduce qualified individuals to specific investment opportunities.

Our website and related materials — including articles, guides, ebooks, videos, webinars, emails, and similar content — are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this website or in any related communication constitutes:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement you sign with us in connection with a specific investment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Multivestors Group regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
