Multivestors was founded in 2021 by Ben and Aaron to help friends and family achieve passive income through real estate. As HENRYs ourselves, we understood the challenges and created a structure that combines expert guidance with accessible entry points. The success of our model led us to expand quickly, offering our personalized, hands-on support to a wider audience. Our mission is to help you attain financial freedom through consistent, reliable, and fully passive investments.

Ben Frelka

Ben Frelka is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Multivestors Group. With over a decade of experience in business consulting and B2B sales, Ben has a talent for building meaningful partnerships and driving project implementation. In his role as Managing Partner, he is responsible for overseeing business operations, including developing and implementing strategic plans, managing teams to achieve project objectives, forming relationships with key external partners, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.

Ben graduated cum laude from Arizona State University’s Barrett, the Honors College, with dual degrees in Supply Chain Management and Sustainable Economics, as well as a minor in Business Consulting. He is a graduate of the Michael Blank Mastermind Network, a leading authority on apartment building investing in the United States and one of the largest multifamily real estate groups in the world. Ben is currently an LP/GP in over 2,000 doors. Born in Chicago, Ben now resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, Laura. He is driven by his passion for helping investors achieve financial freedom and spends his free time as an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner.

Aaron Rocha

Aaron Rocha is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with 15 year of experience in the industry and an LP/GP in over 2,000 doors. Throughout his career, he has facilitated over 10 million square feet of lease and sales transactions across the globe. As a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Multivestors Group, Aaron is responsible for overseeing real estate and investment operations.

Aaron has held various high-level positions, including Global Head of Real Estate for Snapchat, a leading technology company, and Senior Director of Real Estate for WeWork, a major player in the flexible workspace sector. He has also served as a commercial broker at JLL and Cushman Wakefield. With his extensive background in commercial real estate, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise to every deal he handles. He lives in Gilbert, AZ, with his wife and two children.
